What does it mean to be aligned with self?
To be aligned with self is to follow the path of authenticity and aliveness. The road less-traveled, but the one that feels deeply resonant with who you are when you shed the layers of stories and heal patterns that do not serve you anymore. It means to make conscious and brave choices which allow you to live life more fully and in accordance with your values. I believe that the deep wisdom which lives in every one of us guides us toward the life of full expression, creativity, purpose, joy, and aliveness. The life of self-alignment.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

C.G. Jung

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a process of authentic and deep self-exploration.

It is a safe space where you can feel the whole spectrum of your emotions, understand and accept your past, access your inner wisdom, and rewrite your own story. Therapy is a path which helps you build a life with healthy and balanced roots, experience true joy, authenticity, and aliveness.

Embarking on the therapeutic journey is an act of courage, trust, and responsibility for creating meaning in your life. Therapy is a multilayered process of an internal change facilitated by deeply feeling your own emotions. Consequently, you may better understand your patterns, heal childhood trauma, discover your individual potential, make decisions aligned with your authentic self, create deeper and more meaningful relationships, accept and authentically love yourself, access higher levels of consciousness, and recognize and follow the path that makes you feel most alive. Psychotherapy is an empowering and life-changing journey.

Immigrant well-being

Immigration often has a profound impact on the individual sense of identity and belonging. Many immigrants struggle with adapting to their new reality and culture. As a psychologist and an immigrant with a multicultural background, I understand the challenges of immigration and acculturation. Since many people find themselves living far from their home countries, I offer online psychological services in English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian.

THERAPY is for you if

  • You often feel sad, hopeless, worried, or anxious
  • You are in a crisis
  • You have low self-esteem
  • You are going through profound changes in your life
  • You struggle after a breakup
  • You are unsatisfied or unhappy in your life
  • You experience relational difficulties with a romantic partner, family members, or friends
  • You are an immigrant and you struggle to adapt to your new country
  • You want to experience deeper and more authentic relationships
  • You would like to access (higher levels of) joy, meaning, and aliveness
  • You would like to embark on a path of self-development
  • You want to but are afraid to follow your own path
  • You or people close to you misuse alcohol (ACA)
  • You need help with integrating spiritual or psychedelic experiences
Who am I and what are my qualifications?
  • Psychology (B.A.), Hunter College, City University of New York, USA (2019)
  • Clinical Psychology (M.Sc.), Utrecht University, Netherlands (2020)
  • Psychology (M.Sc.), Palo Alto University, California, USA (2023)
  • Existential Analysis & Logotherapy training, Seattle, Washington, USA & hybrid (Present)

Originally from Poland, I have earned my degrees in the USA and the Netherlands. Throughout my undergraduate and postgraduate studies as well as in my internships, I followed specializations in psychotrauma in multicultural and immigration contexts. Moreover, since 2018 I have worked in multiple international Psychology and Psychiatry clinical and research settings. My experiences ranged from leading and co-leading group therapy sessions at an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit to conducting structured clinical interviews for a longitudinal family study with families whose members survived the World Trade Center attacks in New York. I have also coordinated a study investigating biological and cognitive markers in an at-risk dementia population and conducted neuropsychiatric and dementia-related assessments in St. James’s Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Currently, I am in the process of the Existential Analysis & Logotherapy training, based on the philosophy of Viktor Frankl and Irvin Yalom. The training is accredited by the International Society of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (GLE-International) and by the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP). I am also in the process of Breathwave and Breathwork Awareness facilitation training, which ends in October 2025.

I work in English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian. I strive to stay up to date with the current research. I am deeply committed to my professional, psychological, and spiritual development and attend workshops, trainings, and my own psychotherapy. I am also under continuous supervision.
My approach
I see psychotherapy as a path to self and a safe and empowering space of self-discovery.
I hold a holistic perspective which includes emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being. In my practice, I draw on existential, psychodynamic, and humanistic psychology as well as mindfulness, body awareness, and somatic-based approaches. I am passionate about bridging the modern day psychotherapy with the wisdom of integrative, indigenous and shamanic perspectives.

I am committed to meeting my patients where they are at this point in their life, appreciating the unique nature of their identities and circumstances.

I believe that a safe, warm, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the therapeutic process and plays a very important role in the patient’s paths to their authentic selves.

How to prepare for the psychotherapy session?

During the first few therapy sessions, we will specify the goals of the therapy or the consultation. If you already have specific goals in mind, sharing them will be helpful. It is important to make sure that your Internet connection is stable and that you organize time and space for the therapeutic session, during which you are not heard or interrupted. Please keep in mind that therapy is a significant psychological effort, which is why it is important to take care of yourself after the session.
